With over 18 years of professional experience across marketing, media, and strategic communications — including eight years with the United Nations (UNICEF) — he leads the company’s brand, communication, and digital growth initiatives with a strong focus on trust, visibility, and business impact.

He brings eight years of experience with the United Nations (UNICEF), where he worked as a Communication, Advocacy, and Programming State Lead, spearheading high-impact public campaigns, stakeholder engagement programmes, and crisis communication strategies in collaboration with national- and state-level government bodies, international agencies, legislators, corporates, and media and social media organisations.

Arun began his career in journalism, holding senior editorial roles at Malayala Manorama, one of India’s largest daily newspapers, and later with All India Radio, India’s national broadcaster. This strong media foundation enables him to translate complex mortgage, finance, and protection concepts into clear, engaging, and customer-focused communication. The innovative projects he implemented during this period continue to give him a strong strategic edge in his current role.
